ELC Teaching Methods for TEFL Exam Preparation
The TEFL Course for non-native English-speakers is divided into three components:
General English Course
This section concentrates on areas of difficulty for very advanced non-native speakers of English. The section includes grammar, vocabulary, idioms, conversation and listening.
Classroom Observation
TEFL Course participants have the opportunity to observe ELC teachers teaching different skills and different levels. The participants observe a variety of teaching styles and techniques that are useful in their TEFL career. Participants have the opportunity to meet after the classroom observation with the ELC teacher and discuss their experience.
